{"id":16011,"date":"2017-12-14T10:55:56","date_gmt":"2017-12-14T10:55:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clon.genehtik.com\/?p=16011"},"modified":"2026-03-17T11:01:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T11:01:04","slug":"la-practica-de-yoga-con-marihuana-el-ganja-yoga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genehtik.com\/de\/actualidad-cannabis\/la-practica-de-yoga-con-marihuana-el-ganja-yoga\/","title":{"rendered":"Yoga mit Marihuana: Ganja Yoga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die Kombination von Yoga und Marihuana wird als Ganja Yoga bezeichnet; es soll das Bewusstsein erweitern und den inneren Gott erwecken.<\/p>\n<p>Die Kanadierin Dee Dussault entwickelte dieses Yoga-System vor 10 Jahren; heute nehmen etwa 25 Personen an jeder Ganja-Yoga-Sitzung teil.<\/p>\n<p>Dussault behauptet, dass die Kombination von Marihuana-Konsum mit Yoga-\u00dcbungen dazu beitr\u00e4gt, \u201cdurch Entspannung, einen klaren Geist und Sinnlichkeit Ekstase zu finden\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Praxis ist in Colorado, Kanada und nun auch in Kalifornien sehr beliebt geworden.<\/p>\n<h2>Marihuana verst\u00e4rkt die positiven Effekte von Yogastunden.<\/h2>\n<p>Studien zufolge wirkt Marihuana als Muskelrelaxans und Schmerzmittel, weshalb es die positiven Effekte von Yogakursen verst\u00e4rkt.<\/p>\n<p>Um Ganja Yoga in Kalifornien praktizieren zu d\u00fcrfen, m\u00fcssen die Teilnehmer ein Rezept f\u00fcr medizinisches Marihuana vorlegen. Ab Januar 2018 k\u00f6nnte sich dies jedoch \u00e4ndern, sodass die Aus\u00fcbung auch ohne \u00e4rztliches Rezept m\u00f6glich sein wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die ersten 30 Minuten des Kurses bestehen darin, dass die Teilnehmer Marihuana sammeln und auf verschiedene Weise konsumieren (Rauchen, Essen, Infusion usw.), gefolgt von einem Integrationskreis und zum Abschluss einer Yogastunde.<\/p>\n<p>Ganja Yoga ist aber nicht einfach nur die Kombination von \u201cCannabis und Sport\u201d, die, wie Sie vielleicht schon selbst erfahren haben, durchaus angenehm ist. Laut Dussault ist es \u201ceine Zeremonie, die bewusste Entspannung zu einem gezielten Ritual macht, ein Lebensstil, der dazu beitr\u00e4gt, eine stressfreie Welt zu schaffen.\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Die Washington Post beschrieb es so: \u201cMan kann es sich wie Erdnussbutter und Schokolade vorstellen.
