Denver will vote to allow smoking marijuana in public places
In November, voters in Denver, Colorado, will decide on a measure to legalize the social use of marijuana inside certain businesses. The initiative, approved by the city's Division of Elections, will allow marijuana smoking in designated establishments.
This vote will decide whether certain local businesses such as bars, cafes, yoga centers, etc., can create areas for marijuana consumption inside or under certain conditions outside.
The requirements for smoking marijuana in outdoor establishments should include having applied for a permit. Alternatively, written support from an active and registered community group in your neighborhood is required.
