Possession of hemp seeds in Spain is not a crime (Vienna Convention of 1961). Cultivation of cannabis may be subject to administrative and criminal penalties (Article 25.1 of the Organic Law on the Protection of Public Safety and Article 368 of the Criminal Code).

The importation, possession, sale, or distribution of cannabis seeds are not regulated by law in accordance with the unilateral narcotics treaty agreed in Vienna in 1961.

In some countries, such as Spain, the cultivation of cannabis seeds by companies, associations, or individuals without proper authorization may constitute a crime. Therefore, the sale or distribution of seeds in these countries is exclusively for industrial applications, collecting, or preservation of genetics.

Genehtik Collections distributors and customers accept the specific restriction that the seeds not be used by third parties for illicit or illegal purposes.

Likewise, we do not intend to encourage or induce anyone to act against the law, and each individual is responsible for their own actions. Our clients must accept all of the above regarding the export of cannabis seeds to countries such as the United States, Germany, France, or any other where it is illegal.

In Spain and many other European countries, it is legal to sell hemp seeds. However, they may be prohibited in your country. We advise you to check the legality of your country first; otherwise, you will be responsible for your actions. Genehtik SL Collections cannot be held responsible for the different regulations in each country.

The purchase of these products is prohibited from countries where cannabis seeds are illegal, such as Australia, Germany, and Asian countries, or any other country where possession of cannabis seeds is illegal. However, if a buyer from a country not listed above irresponsibly purchases any of these products without first informing themselves about local laws, the company declines all responsibility for any resulting legal problems and will not issue refunds for items seized or rejected by customs in the course of its duties.
