The shipment of the material will be made according to the payment method:
SPAIN:
Cash on delivery – in 24/48 hours.
Other payment methods – within 24/48 hours after the payment is received.
The transport agency for Spain and Portugal will be
OTHER COUNTRIES:
Any form of payment – within a period not exceeding 7 days after making the payment.
The transport agency for other countries will be the one that Genehtik freely chooses at any given time.
In the case of special varieties, the delivery time will always be checked for each order, notifying the customer of the estimated delay.
For seeds not available in stock, the customer will be notified of the estimated delay.

CLAIMS REGARDING RECEIVED MATERIAL
If you receive the package with signs of having been tampered with or damaged, indicate this on the carrier's delivery note. Do not sign the delivery note without having indicated the incidents and always in the carrier's presence.
If after shipment you notice that it does not correspond to the order placed and you notice differences between delivery notes or invoices, please let us know immediately, detailing the differences indicated and providing us with a telephone number so that the process is faster.
We do not accept claims regarding shipments more than 24 hours after receipt by you.
RETURNS
In compliance with the provisions of Law 26/1991 of November 21 on contracts concluded outside commercial establishments, we recognize the right to claim against the contract without needing to allege any cause, within a maximum period of 7 days after receiving the order.
However, please remember that you will have to pay for round-trip shipping, as well as any administrative or other expenses incurred as a result of your return.
