PAYMENT METHODS

• • Credit card (Virtual POS):

    

    All transactions carried out through the Virtual POS will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the participating agents: cardholders and their issuing entities, and merchants and their acquiring entities.

    Genehtik does not have access to confidential card information, thus preventing it from being stolen from the business by third parties for fraudulent purposes. The best way for a business to safeguard sensitive customer information is not to have it.

    This merchant agrees not to permit any transaction that is illegal or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank to be potentially damaging to their goodwill or to negatively impact them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offering of any product or service that does not fully comply with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards.

    In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:

    – Selling or sending cannabis seeds outside of Spain.
    – Sale of tobacco.

  • Cash on delivery. (only for Spain and Portugal)

    Cash on delivery shipments will incur an additional charge of 6%

  • Cash payment:

    You will need to send an envelope by CERTIFIED MAIL with the amount of your order in cash (bills only). As soon as we receive the payment, we will prepare the order and ship it.

    The amount limit for this form of payment is €2,500 or its equivalent in foreign currency according to article 7 of Law 7/2012 of October 29.
