This genetic makeup is the result of crossing between OG Kush and a particularly vigorous selection of SFV OG (San Fernando Valley OG). The combination of these two potent varieties resulted in an indica-dominant strain from which a very stable and resinous phenotype was selected, with the perfect balance between indica potency and subtly sativa citrus nuances.

It was selected in the mid-2000s by growers in the Lake Tahoe area who were looking for a stronger and more stable version of the mythical OG Kush.

Thanks to the high-altitude climate, with cold nights and short summers, and the excellent work of those breeders committed to maintaining the genetic purity of the OG original, who managed to shape a robust and resistant phenotype, which has not only withstood the test of time, but has established itself as a timeless classic.

It's an indica-dominant variety (70% – 30%) with a robust structure, medium internodal spacing, and produces compact, heavy, and resin-laden buds. It's a fast-flowering plant, taking between 60 and 70 days to reach yields of up to 600 grams per square meter indoors.
