This initiative was approved by all members of the Canary Islands Parliament except the People&#039;s Party.<\/p>\n<p>This proposal touches on three aspects: public health, to keep the risks in mind along with the request to the Ministry for a study of the reality of cannabis; the demand of cannabis clubs for such regulation and not stigmatizing the use of cannabis, since prohibition does not help to reduce consumption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a legal loophole that needs to be closed, because while personal consumption and cultivation are permitted, not prohibited, there remains a significant problem for clubs and legal uncertainty regarding the transport of products,\u201d Lavandera insisted.<\/p>\n<p>Nationalist Elena Luis pointed out that in the Canary Islands there are 124 officially registered cannabis associations and clubs that need to be brought out of the legal uncertainty in which they operate, as they themselves have requested of all groups, which is why the initiative urges them to &quot;establish mechanisms of self-regulation, good practices and collaboration with the Administration, as long as there is no express state regulation on the matter.&quot;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fountain:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eldiario.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eldiario.es<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em>Remember that in our <strong>marijuana seed bank<\/strong> At Genehtik you can acquire various quality and guaranteed genetics.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El grupo socialista ha creado una iniciativa en el parlamento canario para la regulaci\u00f3n del cannabis, y se suman a Catalu\u00f1a y Euskadi.
