{"id":10520,"date":"2017-05-26T09:08:52","date_gmt":"2017-05-26T09:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clon.genehtik.com\/?p=10520"},"modified":"2026-03-17T11:09:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T11:09:05","slug":"andalucia-pide-la-regulacion-del-cannabis-medicinal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genehtik.com\/en\/actualidad-cannabis\/andalucia-pide-la-regulacion-del-cannabis-medicinal\/","title":{"rendered":"Andalusia calls for the regulation of medicinal cannabis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The non-legislative proposal urging the central government to regulate the cultivation and production of cannabis, in an associative and non-profit manner, for its medicinal, scientific and research use has been approved by the Andalusian Parliament.<\/p>\n<p>The Andalusian parliament has approved the initiative presented by Podemos and supported by the PSOE and IU, Ciudadanos abstained and the PP voted against it.<\/p>\n<p>This proposal was defended by Juan Ignacio Moreno Yag\u00fce, a Podemos deputy, who brought a pot of marijuana to the podium to symbolize it.
