Marijuana for those over 21 years of age and up to 28.3 grams<\/h2>\n

According to the new law, anyone over the age of 21 can possess up to 28.3 grams of marijuana without a prescription.<\/p>\n

In addition, marijuana cannot be consumed in public places, while driving a car, or within 300 meters of a school or a place with children.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, the production, distribution, and sale of marijuana will first require a municipal permit and then a state permit.<\/p>\n

\"Dispensario<\/center>Dispensaries or authorized businesses may not operate within a radius of 183 meters of any school, and in some jurisdictions, sales are prohibited within 305 meters of public parks, daycare centers, and other areas designated as "sensitive".<\/p>\n

Home cultivation has no distance restrictions from schools or parks, but is limited to six plants, and sales at dispensaries will only be to people over 21 years of age and only up to one ounce (28.3 grams) per purchase.<\/p>\n
