{"id":9704,"date":"2017-01-30T10:45:24","date_gmt":"2017-01-30T10:45:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clon.genehtik.com\/?p=9704"},"modified":"2019-01-22T11:13:58","modified_gmt":"2019-01-22T11:13:58","slug":"reacios-a-la-regulacion-del-cannabis-propuesta-por-erc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genehtik.com\/en\/actualidad-cannabis\/reacios-a-la-regulacion-del-cannabis-propuesta-por-erc\/","title":{"rendered":"Reluctant to the cannabis regulation proposed by ERC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The PP, PSOE and Ciudadanos parties are reluctant to approve the non-law proposal put forward by ERC for the regulation of cannabis in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The non-legislative proposal made by Esquerra Republicana de Catalu\u00f1a (ERC) defines the comprehensive regulation of the cultivation, possession and consumption of cannabis.<\/p>\n<p>While the People&#039;s Party (PP) has consistently opposed cannabis regulation, the Socialist Party (PSOE) and Citizens (Ciudadanos) have also expressed reservations about approving the proposal, but they haven&#039;t definitively decided how they will vote and are committed to opening the debate.
