{"id":16850,"date":"2018-06-21T09:20:31","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T09:20:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clon.genehtik.com\/?p=16850"},"modified":"2026-03-17T10:58:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T10:58:13","slug":"canada-aprueba-el-uso-recreativo-de-marihuana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genehtik.com\/fr\/actualidad-cannabis\/canada-aprueba-el-uso-recreativo-de-marihuana\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Canada autorise l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ce matin, le Parlement a d\u00e9finitivement approuv\u00e9 l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis, faisant de l&#039;Uruguay le deuxi\u00e8me pays au monde \u00e0 l\u00e9galiser cette pratique apr\u00e8s l&#039;Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p>Le S\u00e9nat a adopt\u00e9 le projet de loi sur l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis il y a quelques semaines, mais il devait encore \u00eatre approuv\u00e9 par la Chambre des repr\u00e9sentants.<\/p>\n<p>La l\u00e9galisation de l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis \u00e9tait une promesse \u00e9lectorale du premier ministre Justin Truedeau, et apr\u00e8s sept mois de d\u00e9bats, elle est devenue r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 l\u00e9gal du cannabis devrait \u00eatre pr\u00eat d&#039;ici huit \u00e0 douze semaines, soit \u00e0 la mi-septembre.<\/p>\n<p>La ministre de la Sant\u00e9, Ginette Petitpas Taylor, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que les provinces auront besoin de deux \u00e0 trois mois apr\u00e8s l&#039;adoption du projet de loi avant d&#039;\u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre le nouveau r\u00e9gime l\u00e9galis\u00e9 sur le cannabis.<\/p>\n<h2>Chaque foyer peut cultiver un maximum de quatre plants de marijuana \u00e0 usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif.<\/h2>\n<p>Le s\u00e9nateur Tony Dean a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#039;il s&#039;agissait d&#039;une \u201c politique sociale transformatrice \u201d et d&#039;une \u201c mesure courageuse de la part du gouvernement \u201d.
