{"id":9484,"date":"2016-11-10T10:37:11","date_gmt":"2016-11-10T10:37:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clon.genehtik.com\/?p=9484"},"modified":"2026-03-17T11:15:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T11:15:10","slug":"consumo-recreativo-marihuana-legal-8-estados-ee-uu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/genehtik.com\/fr\/actualidad-cannabis\/consumo-recreativo-marihuana-legal-8-estados-ee-uu\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis est l\u00e9gal dans 8 \u00c9tats (\u00c9tats-Unis)."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Californie, le Maine, le Nevada et le Massachusetts l\u00e9galisent l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis, rejoignant ainsi les quatre autres \u00c9tats et le district o\u00f9 il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u00e9gal.<\/p>\n<p>Mardi dernier, en m\u00eame temps que les \u00e9lections pr\u00e9sidentielles aux \u00c9tats-Unis, des r\u00e9f\u00e9rendums sur la l\u00e9galisation du cannabis \u00e0 usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif et m\u00e9dical se tenaient \u00e9galement dans plusieurs \u00c9tats am\u00e9ricains.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le Massachusetts, il a remport\u00e9 le vote avec 53,5% des voix, en Californie avec 55%, au Nevada avec 54% et dans le Maine, en attendant le r\u00e9sultat final, il est en t\u00eate avec 50,5% des voix.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, l&#039;usage r\u00e9cr\u00e9atif du cannabis est l\u00e9gal dans les \u00c9tats du Colorado, de l&#039;Oregon, de Washington, de l&#039;Alaska, de la Californie, du Massachusetts, du Maine, du Nevada, ainsi que dans le district de Columbia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle r\u00e9glementation autorisera les adultes de plus de 21 ans \u00e0 poss\u00e9der du cannabis et \u00e0 en cultiver \u00e0 leur domicile.
