It's raining marijuana in the United States
September 8th was a stormy day, Maya Donnelly was awakened by a loud crash and after checking her garage she found a package wrapped in plastic.
The package contained 11.7 kg of marijuana and according to the police it was most likely dropped accidentally from an aircraft or drone belonging to a drug trafficker from Mexico.
“It fell right on top of the doghouse, leaving a hole in the garage,” Donnelly said.

After checking the package, he called the police, and Nogales Police Chief Derek Arnson assured him that it was the first time he had ever seen a package containing drugs fall and hit a house.
“Someone definitely made a mistake, and who knows what the consequences will be for them,” Derek Arnson said.
The number of patrols in the neighborhood has been increased in case the owners of the marijuana package come looking for it.
Repairing the garage and a new doghouse for their German Shepherd will cost the family $500.
Friends and family joked that they could have made a lot of money with that package, but Donelly said that this way he had a clear conscience.
