Karamelua Bilbo is the new variety from Genehtik Seeds, created to mark a turning point in the modern indica scene. It was selected in Bilbao by the creator of the legendary Bilbo varieties, and just as, after many years of accolades and awards, varieties like Amnesia Bilbo, Gorila Bilbo, Super Silver Bilbo, and of course the legendary Kritikal Bilbo have won over palates worldwide, we are convinced that our Karamelua will also be worthy of bearing the Bilbo seal.

With a carefully selected genetic composition aimed at offering a sweet and deeply relaxing aromatic profile, this creation represents the excellent work of David Merino over many years with some of the most admired Afghan varieties in the world.

ORIGIN AND CROSSING

The backbone of this hybrid is Maple Leaf Indica, a historic strain directly descended from traditional varieties of northern Afghanistan and from landrace strains selected in the Mazar-i-Sharif region that were used for decades to produce exceptionally high-quality hashish. Its earthy, sweet, and spicy profile, along with its enormous resin production, makes it one of the most highly prized original indica strains in the cannabis world.

ASPECT

Karamelua Bilbo produces compact, solid-structured indica plants with short branches that develop a wide, dense central cola, ideal for Sea of Green (SOG) cultivation. Its flowers are dark green with very high resin levels. This easy-to-manage strain performs well both indoors and outdoors, where it can produce giant plants. Indoor flowering time is between 60 and 65 days, yielding up to 600 g/m².

The development of Karamelua Bilbo stems from a clear idea: to capture the classic essence of the most resinous Afghan indicas. The hybrid resulting from crossing Maple Leaf, an Afghan strain, with our renowned Widow Bilbo is a more vigorous and stable variety with a higher yield of flowers, boasting sweet and caramelized nuances. It always maintains its indica character, both in the sensations it produces and in its morphology. The result is Karamelua Bilbo, a variety that combines deep Afghan aromas with a velvety sweetness, transforming each flower into a unique sensory experience where caramelized notes blend with the scent of pine resin.

EFFECT

The effect is fully indica (80% – 20%), of a deep nature and highly recommended for both body relaxation and mental disconnection.
