Volunteers wanted to lie down and smoke marijuana

NASA is investigating the effects of cannabis on the body at rest and is looking for volunteers.

Volunteers are needed to spend 70 days lying in bed smoking different strains of marijuana. Those selected will be paid $18,000 and will also be able to read, play video games, and Skype with friends.

During the tests, medical evaluations of all kinds will be carried out, such as bone, heart, muscle, among others.

The aim of this study is to ensure the good health and safety of its astronauts on long-duration space voyages, and the reason for remaining lying down is to simulate a zero-gravity journey.

The group will be divided in two. One will undergo physical training, and the other will be at complete rest. Both groups will consume marijuana throughout the study.
